1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, browsing, or utilizing the ACESAT web platform or mobile software applications, you explicitly agree to follow and be bound by these formal Terms of Service. If you do not accept these constraints, you are not authorized to use the platform.
2. Description of Service & User Eligibility
ACESAT provides an automated adaptive learning framework utilizing Item Response Theory (IRT) and generative conversational modules to help students train for standardized examinations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the educational materials solely for personal, non-commercial test preparation.
3. Automatic Renewal Subscriptions & Payment Terms
- Premium Service: Certain premium operations (including unlimited adaptive iterations, "Snap & Solve" document parsing, and vocal Socratic coaching) require an active paid subscription plan.
- Subscription Pricing: The premium subscription tier is billed at $14.99 per month.
- Mobile Billing: Purchases made through mobile storefronts are executed securely using native device platform processing networks (Apple App Store In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing Console via RevenueCat pipelines).
- Web Billing: Web account upgrades are executed securely via standard third-party commercial payment channels (Stripe/PayPal).
- Auto-Renewal Policy: All premium subscription packages renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing loop unless explicitly cancelled by the user at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current processing phase. Cancelled subscription access remains valid until the current paid period expires.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Access
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source configurations from the ACESAT software clients or API middleware clusters. You may not bypass paywall locks or upload malicious files to our media pipelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
ACESAT is an educational practice enhancement platform. We do not guarantee admission into specific higher education universities, nor do we promise targeted, absolute numeric point modifications on official College Board examinations. The service is provided entirely "as-is" without explicit or implied performance warranties.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be structured, interpreted, and governed in alignment with the legal regulations of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law criteria.
7. End-User License Agreement (Mobile)
This is a binding legal End-User License Agreement ("EULA") between you (the "User") and ACESAT governing your utilization of the ACESAT mobile application software built for iOS and Android hardware nodes.
- Acknowledgement: This agreement is concluded strictly between the User and ACESAT. Third-party storefront providers (Apple Inc. and Google LLC) are not sponsors, maintainers, or responsible entities for the software client architecture, code updates, or content data populations.
- App Store Subscription Access: By installing the application, you agree that your billing configurations, trial cycles, and premium account access restorations are directly tied to your platform device store profile.
- User-Generated Content & AI Coach Safety: You are strictly prohibited from uploading, typing, or vocalizing text that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or abusive. ACESAT implements real-time automated safety filters and reserves the right to terminate violating accounts immediately.
- Termination: The licensed right of access granted under this EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any operational constraint listed within this document or our Terms of Service.
- Legal Compliance: You certify that you are not located in a nation subject to a United States Government embargo and are not included on any restricted parties list.
